The jungle breaks off down a small cliff here. Out on the clearing beyond the cliff, lives Quest NPC I. He is a completely crazed lunatic who lives alone doing various experiments (currently he is doing something with Blue Dragonflies). He has a home built of wood, but with influences from the city. A small pen beyond the house contains a few Blue Dragonflies. The outer walls of the city can be seen when looking out over the cliffs to the west. Perhaps looking out to the northeast the Avar village can be seen.
